Payment Obligations and Service Delivery

Students acknowledge that payment is owed for Services actually delivered or made available to them. Services are deemed delivered when you:

are given access to digital content, Course Materials or online lessons;
attend live classes or receive guidance from the Institute; or
receive templates, formulas and tools through the Platform.

Because our Programmes are digital intellectual property, no refund is issued once access is given. Where you chose an instalment plan, your obligation to pay for Services already made available continues even if funds are frozen by a payment processor following a dispute you raised.

Conduct and Withdrawal of Access

The Institute has the right to expel any student and withdraw all access to learning materials and training, without refund, for bullying, harassment, insults, misconduct, false allegations, conspiracy against the Institute, defamation, tarnishing the Institute’s image, or calling the Institute or its people a scam or fraud, as set out in the Student Conduct Policy.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Please contact management@mahiinstitute.com before raising a dispute with your bank or card issuer so that we can resolve it quickly. Knowingly unfounded chargebacks may be treated as a breach and as fraud.

Educational Role and Limitation of Liability

Mahi Institute by Nèsta provides practical educational training. We are not the manufacturer of your products, a regulator or a guarantor of business results. Subject to the exceptions in clause 13 of the Terms of Service (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, and anything the law does not allow us to limit), our total liability is limited to the Fees you actually paid for the Programme concerned. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost savings or lost anticipated benefits.

All content, including content from guest lecturers and third-party sources, is provided for educational purposes. We take reasonable care to verify accuracy, but we do not warrant that information, formulations or regulations remain complete or current in every country. You must check and comply with the requirements of the regulators where you make and sell products.

Results Disclaimer

Business Capacity

By enrolling, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement, that you are accessing the Services for learning and business purposes, and that the information you provide is true and accurate. If you enrol for a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

Governing Law

This notice and the Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales, together with the laws of Ethiopia, the Republic of Benin, Nigeria and Ghana where legally relevant, as set out in the Terms of Service. Mandatory consumer and data-protection rights that cannot lawfully be excluded continue to apply.
